Looking for change? Looking to find yourself or to find yourself again? I believe that it is through understanding the deeper reasons for some of our difficulties that we can create change. Because of this I primarily work from a psychodynamic orientation which focuses on the way past experiences impact our current life. I also utilize an interpersonal perspective focusing on how relationships influence our current state of being while also using DBT and CBT techniques to help support growth and change.
I work with people who are overcoming trauma, working through anxiety and depression, developing and improving relationship skills. I help people through life transitions and growing closer to becoming the person they have always wanted to be. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
