Through my work as an employee for the department of social services and counseling, I bring over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, &couples who are struggling with a wide variety of presenting issues and life stressors, such as self -esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, abuse/neglect and other trauma.
My goal as a psychotherapist is to act as a tour guide as we uncover family of origin patterns, past traumas, and stressors to increase self-awareness, strengths, and resiliency. Come "Be your best you."
