Life can be difficult. Anxiety, dread, sadness, and judgmental thoughts towards ourselves and others can increase our struggle to live with contentment and peace, let alone the strength to find it. Together, we will build self-acceptance, reduce self-doubt, and identify your values, needs, and emotions, ultimately bringing peace to your life and those around you. My background encompasses working with people 16 and up, medical providers, veterinarians, first responders, immigrants, and folx exploring sexuality or gender. Specialties built in the last seven years include intimacy, anxiety, trauma, and phone addiction.
Therapeutic methods and modalities practiced with me include Mindfulness, ACT, CBT, Somatic Movement, and Mindful Self-Compassion. Learning skills to release anxious and depressive thoughts while creating new habits. We will personalize methods to manage your everyday stress while enhancing self-kindness and self-compassion, confidence, and courage.
Fundamental therapy begins with active listening, acceptance, and an eagerness to learn. Allow yourself to recognize that you deserve to live authentically, led by your true values. Let yourself be challenged and learn. Our most impactful moment is the here and now. You can learn to trust the constant change to improve your serenity.
