I work with individuals and couples who want to heal from trauma, build self-worth, and set healthier boundaries. Many of my clients come from marginalized communities and are navigating systems that were not built for them. I offer a space where your identity, history, and pain are acknowledged, and where healing is grounded in both emotional safety and practical tools for change. I primarily work with women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and survivors of abuse.
I also support parents and children (ages 6+) working through grief, divorce, or identity-related concerns. Additionally certified in school counseling, I help families strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate big transitions.
