The effects of narcissistic abuse and relationship trauma often extend far beyond the relationship itself. Through EMDR therapy and a trauma-informed approach, I help survivors process these experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and move toward a greater sense of stability and self-confidence. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, and we work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to push through the pain on their own. They've learned to function despite the anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, EMDR allows us to address the experiences that continue to shape how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.

If you're looking for a more focused approach, I also offer EMDR Intensives. These extended sessions provide dedicated time to work through specific concerns without being limited to the pace of weekly therapy. Each intensive is thoughtfully designed around your history, goals, and readiness, allowing for deeper therapeutic work.

This weekly EMDR consultation group is designed for EMDR-trained clinicians working toward EMDR Certification. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I provide consultation to support you in deepening your clinical skills, strengthening your use of the EMDR protocol, and gaining confidence as you move through the certification process. Group consultation offers a collaborative space for case discussion, feedback, and professional growth alongside other EMDR clinicians. Requirements: Participants must have completed an EMDR training and be actively pursuing EMDR Certification.
