Mental and behavioral health are as important as physical health, especially for children and teens. More than ever our children need resiliency and good, adaptive coping strategies as well as access to prompt, high-quality early intervention for common concerns like ADHD or anxiety. To increase access to services, I now offer a new practice model. Similar to the hugely successful Direct Primary Care initiative, my practice will move to a membership based model, where I can provide help more prompt and in a more targeted way BEFORE mental health concerns arise. Ideally suited for young families with risk factors for ADHD.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs. Based upon this meeting we will determine what services will best help you to achieve your goals. The services may include further evaluation. I am trained and experienced in performing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and evidence-based treatments (psychotherapy and coaching).
Often the most successful treatment is a combination of therapy and coaching. Coaching means that we will identify strategies that work for you or your child to accomplish goals in school, at home or at work. We will implement and practice the use of these strategies until we see results.
