I'm here to make you laugh, sit with you while you cry, offer a safe, affirming place to process and learn new strategies and skills to (in the words of Prince) "get through this thing called life". I bring 25 years of counseling experience and a dose of my own life experiences to the mix. My clients describe me as down to earth, funny, and warm. I can give feedback in ways you can take it.
I believe that we need a sense of safety in order to be able to grow, heal, and move forward. I aim to offer that in my sessions. I welcome your input on how to build that safety for you as we tailor therapy to your needs. I believe in an integrative approach, so that we can bring our whole beings into the process. I use a trauma informed lens in my work.
