With 30+ years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care, working with children 5 and up, using evidence-based techniques like CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and TBRI. I'm passionate about helping people heal from developmental trauma and find new ways to connect with themselves and others.
