Welcome—I’m glad you found your way here. My counseling work goes deeper- beneath surface-level symptom management. Together, we look at the foundational emotional wounds you carry, like childhood trauma, or other big losses and attachment ruptures, all to help your entire mind-body-spirit find lasting peace. While standard mental health models often push quick fixes or focus on diagnostic labels, I believe true recovery happens when we create a safe relationship and look past symptoms to understand how your mind and body brilliantly adapted to help you cope.
My practice is entirely non-pathologizing: instead of asking what is wrong with you, we honor what happened to you. Together, we work gently with your nervous system to rebuild safety, grounded presence, and lasting peace. With nearly 20 yrs of experience as a LMSW, I use Internal Family Systems theory, attachment theory, somatic awareness & mindfulness.
As both an experienced clinician and someone who deeply understands trauma from the inside out, my mission is to help you transform your relationship with your past so you can step into wholeness.
