My therapeutic style focuses on identifying patterns of behavior, helping to establish and develop supportive relationships, reducing symptoms of anxiety/distress & promoting healthy self-esteem. I develop interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client and family.
I tailor my 'toolbox' to meet the needs of clients developmentally & emotionally, through an empathetic, person-centered & strengths-based perspective. I work alongside my clients utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & Positive Psychology, as we work together to identify appropriate coping skills, alleviate areas of concern & achieve therapeutic goals.
