Hello! My name is Catie, and I am deeply passionate about mental wellness and supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. I truly believe that healing happens in connection, and my goal as your therapist is to be that nonjudgmental, supportive person who walks alongside you.
In our sessions, I'm here to help you address your struggles, provide helpful, tangible tools to use outside the therapy room, and ensure you always have a dedicated person in your corner. I strive to create a collaborative environment where you feel safe to explore, grow, and move toward lasting change.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. I am a Pre-Licensed therapist with a Master of Social Work from UKY, and I am currently under the supervision of Michelle Sobel, LCSW
