I am a Certified EMDR Therapist experienced in treating traumatic stress reactions, depression, anxiety, grief & loss. I specialize in using EMDR, IFS-EMDR, Flash Technique, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Image Transformation Therapy, somatic awareness, & mindfulness tools with a focus on: helping professions, survivors of trauma, natural disasters, caregiver fatigue, critical incidents, adverse childhood/ life experiences.
Using an individualized, multi-dimensional, integrative approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, we work together to untangle personal trauma from vicarious trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, resolve effects of primary/secondary trauma, address cumulative stressors and promote psychological and physiological healing.
