I use a practical common sense approach towards goal-oriented therapy. My focus is to establish a collaborative approach with clients, empowering each to acquire and implement techniques to reach their desired goals; enhance their overall functioning and well being. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Model
however, at times I believe it best to use a combination of treatment methods to meet each individual's needs; helping clients discover what works best for their success. I look forward to working with you and assisting you on your journey to becoming your best self.
Many clients I see are dealing with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief/Loss, Low self esteem/confidence, past/present abuse/trauma. I also see couples for Premarital/Marriage Counseling where issues surrounding trust, communication, infidelity, forgiving, parenting, couple goal setting and marriage maintenance are addressed.
