My therapeutic approach is integrative but I primarily focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) , Person Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) I have a passion for challenging individuals dealing with anger, relationship and family issues and coping with mental health symptoms including depression.
