I have 20 years of experience treating depression, substance use, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety disorders. I have 12 years of experience treating combat trauma and military sexual trauma. I also have extensive experience treating LGBT clients. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help clients find healing.
