I enjoy working with people of ages- from teens to seniors. I am well versed in troubles with anxiety and depression, as well as coping with grief or trauma. I have also worked with families of those who have been diagnosed with Dementia. I've volunteered with Blue Ridge Hospice as well as meals on wheels program.
