I utilize Brainspotting as a primary treatment technique, but also incorporate skills in both DBT and CBT. I take a client centered approach and meet you where you are. At the end of the day, I find that the most success in helping people heal is the relationship we are able to create. We don't get hurt on our own, so why do we expect to heal on our own?
My passion is providing services for the LGBTQ community. However, I have room for everyone. I work with individuals struggling with past trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, injuries, sports performance and more.
