I am a certified first responder treatment provider and have specialty training in critical incident stress management. I have certifications in a variety of different trauma treatments.
Other specialty areas that I work with include individuals recovering from injuries and surgeries. I utilize Brainspotting as a primary treatment technique, but also incorporate skills in both DBT and CBT. I take a client centered approach and meet you where you are. At the end of the day, I find that the most success in helping people heal is the relationship we are able to create. I see clients 14+.
