I serve both FLORIDA and TEXAS. With 26 years of experience, my passion is to assist my clients with identifying any barriers to healthy relationships, while uncovering your true potential. I believe this is a therapeutic process built on trust, hope and caring so that there can be healing and genuine change that transfers to the real world. My years of experience have equipped me with such specialties as military issues, marital/partner conflicts, anxiety & depression, narcissism recovery, addictions, sexual, emotional, & physical abuse, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, families and counselling other therapists.
I have had the privilege to come along side people of many different cultures, races, genders, and ages. I spent years living overseas and have been involved with crisis counseling for children and adults. I tailor the therapy to your needs, but my range of counseling modalities include CBT, EMDR, Gottman & Solution-Based therapies, Inner Chlld work, faith-based or secular techniques.
