I use an eclectic, conversational style, drawing upon IFS, mindfulness, and childhood trauma work. While supporting individuals as they face codependency and/or addiction issues, sexual abuse and other types of distress, I find it valuable to look back at earlier losses for what might still be lingering, perhaps contributing to pain in one's life today.
