We are creatures of habit. Most of us spend our days on the proverbial hamster wheel, going round and round, engaging in the same behavior, experiencing the same feelings, making no progress toward our goals. We feel stuck but don't know why. Therapy helps get you unstuck and moving towards the life that you want. It's about identifying the thoughts, values, and beliefs that create behavioral and emotional patterns that get us nowhere. Then it's about looking at options that will create movement. Believe it or not, there are always options. It's a matter of deciding which one you're willing to implement.
Healing requires movement. Any kind of movement helps to get you unstuck and involved in the healing process. I use a variety of treatment modalities including talk therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Past Life Regression Therapy to help you heal. We collaborate and discern which modalities will be most effective in helping you reach your goals.
If you have unproductive behaviors, fears, stress, financial or relationship problems, therapy helps. Working with an objective professional who has your best interests at heart helps.
