Hello and welcome! I'm Cathy, I have a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, those healing from religious trauma, and adults and adolescents on their transformative journeys. A large percentage of my clients are neurodivergent and I am neurodivergent myself. My passion lies in creating empowering and inclusive therapeutic spaces where individuals can embrace their authentic selves and find healing and growth. I also have experience working with trans individuals, late diagnosed autistic individuals, ADHD, AuDHD, other LGBTQ+ individuals, and helping partners and parents of the above listed individuals.
