My practice is focused on short-term transformational and supportive integration and clinical services. A variety of self-care, self-soothing, physical calming, and positive brain change strategies are weaved into sessions. We specialize in healing trauma, symptom management, mindfulness training, and promote self-care strategies that facilitates healing, renewal, integration, and awakening. We emphasize Preparation and Integration Sessions for psychedelic transformational healing.
I teach self-healing strategies. My newest book, "Metamorphosis of an Awakened Heart: With Teachings from Mother Ayahuasca" weaves self-healing and mindfulness strategies into a series of healing and fun stories. My first book, Bringing Home the Mountain: Finding the Teacher Within, is about my spiritual quest and the healing discoveries made along the way.
