I work with couples and individuals to heal, evolve, and thrive. I utilize transpersonal and psychodynamic approaches along with EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic and emotion focused therapy, and Buddhist themes of compassion and meditation techniques to help my clients move through tough relational patterns, old or new traumas, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and addictions, life transitions, and spiritual deepening or existential questions. Because of life experience as well as extensive training, I can offer practical tools that can help you find relief that can last long after you leave my office.
Through in person and telehealth, I can offer practical tools and interventions that may help you through painful transitions, heal trauma, and lead a more fulfilling joyful life by understanding yourself better, developing new ways of relating and perceiving to help you move through life by utilizing new tools and patterns that work for you.
As a person who has experienced adversity and come through it, I offer a safe and understanding place to heal and talk through difficult material.
