I work with couples and individuals who want to heal trauma and addiction, and live deeper, more meaningful relationships, both with self and others. I am an integrationist, utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic and emotion focused therapy, and Buddhist themes of compassion and meditation techniques to help my clients move through tough relational patterns, traumas, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, life transitions, spiritual deepening or existential questions. Because of life experience as well as extensive training, I can offer practical tools that go beyond symptom relief, last long after you leave my office.
Through in person and telehealth, I offer practical tools and interventions that offer a path to learning how to develop a connection to your own inner healing and self understanding, so that you developing new ways of relating and perceiving, leading to a more fulfilling, healed, and joyful life, free from prior symptoms that brought you to therapy.
As a person who has experienced adversity and come through it, I offer a safe and understanding place to heal and talk through difficult material.
