Working with adolescents, and adults in a counseling, coaching and /or mentoring capacity is a joy! My approach is client-centered, strengths-based and integrative with a focus on identity and value. Specialized training in trauma-based approaches have helped me to understand more deeply the integration of body, mind and spirit. I can help with adoption, anger, anxiety, boundaries, burnout, codependency, depression, loneliness, parenting, phobias, relationships, self-esteem, sexual abuse, singleness, stress management, spiritual integration and trauma.
I am certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, have been trained in Brainspotting and I also facilitate Immanuel Prayer. 25 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings have helped me to recognize and utilize external resources as we work towards building up internal resources.
I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and received my academic training from Trinity International University. I believe we continue growing and developing in who we are throughout our lifespan, and it’s an honor to be with you on this part of your journey!
