My name is Cathy Castro, I am a LPCC with 25 years of experience. I am passionate about working with couples and adults because of my own personal life experiences. I understand how challenging life can be when you are struggling with mental health issues or relational issues. So, this is why I seek to be a source of empathy, compassion, and comfort as well as reliable support for my clients.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship issues. I utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma focused CBT, IFS, and Behavioral Couples Therapy. I am in the process of being trained for EMDR trauma therapy.
Clients can expect to improve their ability to both establish as well as maintain relationships.
