I work with all first responders including communications, active duty military, veterans, animal welfare workers, and animal control officers who often find themselves struggling with unresolved trauma from the job but fear seeking help due to the stigma in these professions.
Utilizing cognitive processing therapy (C.P.T.) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (E.M.D.R) I help the first responder and military professions walk through the path of healing. I also provide crisis and disaster response and post critical incident debriefings.
