About
Has something difficult or disturbing happened in the past or present that is currently affecting your relationships and personal life? I believe that difficulties provide pathways into a deeper understanding and relationship with oneself. No matter how challenging the circumstances may seem, I believe it is possible to navigate through the situation and gain relief. I consider it a privilege to work deeply with people building supportive collaborative relationships while attending to the difficulties they face.
I work with Individuals and Couples using a collaborative client-centered approach. I work to support your process in a kind, direct, and caring way. I draw on my professional experience in trauma resolution, anxiety management, identity issues and depression.
I work with a wide range of people and have particular expertise and training in sexual assault trauma resolution, childhood abuse, addiction/recovery issues, and gay and lesbian issues.
