With over 17 years of experience as a mental health practitioner, I bring an understanding, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy with teens, adults, and couples. My professional journey has included hospitals, crisis centers, child welfare, private practice, and forensic therapy, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and life transitions affect not only individuals, but also families and the broader communities around them.
I specialize in working with healthcare professionals, military service members and their families, foster care and adoption, PTSD and trauma, co-occurring disorders, and mediation. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
