I work with clients who have concerns with trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, anger, grief, loss, relationship conflicts, sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, spirituality, couples and family issues. I work to bring hope and wholeness so clients can live their best life and achieve the goals they desire.
I specialize in providing trauma-informed care in the treatment of PTSD and other trauma and abuse. I am an EMDR certified therapist which is a trauma informed modality. I also utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
My passion, as a therapist, is to collaborate with clients to achieve the counseling goals we create together. The focus of my work is toward a whole person-centered approach to bring clients into emotional health and wellness to live their best life.
