I provide individual and family therapy to those struggling with depression, anxiety, infertility, relationship and family issues. I specialize in working with marriage conflict and help the couple grow in communication. I also specialize in working with couples and individuals who are going through women's issues such as infertility, family building, prenatal and postnatal issues. I work with children and adolescents on coping with everyday challenges. As your therapist we will collaborate to help you and/or your family reach your goals.
Anxiety, depression, grief, and anger are emotions that are in all of us. Experiences and trauma can cause these emotions to surface. I see these rise often in infertility and loss, family building, in life transitions, and in relationships from the past or present. I can help you work through these feelings and to help you get emotionally healthy again!
Whether it be improving communication, learning new coping skills, behavior, anger management, grief, or simply emotional support, I have helped many individuals and families grow into healthy relationships. I look forward to working with you! I can provide video and/or in person office visits.
