I see my role as a catalyst, helping you to draw on the resources you already possess to promote the change you are seeking. Although I have a "here and now" focus, I can help you see how the past may still be influencing the present. I believe a fundamental shift from judgment to curiosity and compassion can open up space for tremendous healing.
