Children may struggle with big emotions or difficulty slowing their mind or body. Families often want to better understand their child and improve connection. I help clients build insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools so life feels more steady and manageable.
I offer a warm, structured, and practical approach to therapy, specializing in anxiety, emotional regulation, and overwhelm in women and children. We work together to better understand how your brain and body respond to stress while building clear, usable tools for regulation, communication, and more steady daily functioning.
