My passion for counseling arises from my deep desire to help provide clarity, hope, and healing for those struggling with issues surrounding depression, anxiety, grief, marriage, and parenting issues. I largely utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while working with individuals, couples and families to live a more wholehearted life. I value the integration of faith and psychology as a foundation for partnering with clients.
I work primarily with older adolescents, and adults. As I believe we are a combination of mind, body and spirit, I address each area with compassionate care for supported growth. My openness and gentleness help me to therapeutically partner with clients seeking to make positive life changes.
