The type of client that seems to work well with me are those with ADHD, depression, anxiety, or similar and who have the drive to want to find a different way of living. They may even have some goals in mind already that they would like to accomplish and may need the help of someone to put them into action. I look forward to helping someone to find the reason for the change that they want to make which would make it that more powerful.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Self-care as the primary focuses in my work. I have a certificate in being able to support those with ADHD and learning how effectively cope with executive function challenges. I am working towards my certification in EMDR.

Starting therapy and/or taking a step closer to make change in our lives can be hard. We need to stop and look at what's harder for us; not making the change or making it.
