Students and researchers often struggle with mental health and academic performance in isolation - rarely reaching out for support. I help students identify and work through their challenges, build strategies for success, find their path, and thrive!

I help with strategies for dealing with seen & unseen disabilities, depression, family dysfuction, lack of confidence, social anxiety, poor inter- and intrapersonal skills, high aptitude – low performance, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, substance use, & ill-defined coping strategies for the stress and pressure of reaching one's intellectual potential.
