I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC. If you're ready for change, I’m here to help. Therapy can help decrease trauma-related symptoms, PTSD, thinking errors, moods, anxiety, anger, and depressive symptoms. You will learn to manage overwhelming emotions in healthier ways. I can help you redirect unhelpful thoughts, build self-esteem, improve your self-confidence, and help find your inner strength to become the person you were meant to be.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) through EMDRIA and specialty in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), certified Trauma Focused-CBT, and perinatal/postpartum mental health care and women's issues.
