I bring over 25 years of experience to my work with clients. I have helped with relationship issues, Depression, anxiety, panic, anger, selfcare, mental health issues, day-to-day struggles of daily living, and situational stressors. My focus in doing this is a holistic one. Our work together will focus on self-awareness; healthy coping strategies; skill-building to better manage emotional soothing, boundary awareness, healthy relationships, communication, goal setting and problem-solving. I can help you see yourself in a bigger picture in order to understand, picture and achieve your path forward to a healthier and happier future.
My practice is an online, telehealth practice for individuals in Alabama. This offers greater flexibility, convenience and the comfort of being in a comfortable, familiar environment when we meet.
