As a licensed therapist, I seek to help individuals, couples and families cope with the stresses of everyday life as well as those impacted by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, addiction and trauma. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image issues.
In addition to my private practice, I was the previous Senior Team Leader at a leading eating disorder treatment center. I also received postgraduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and work with couples and families looking to improve communication patterns and enhance the quality of their relationships.
