I have worked with adult individuals and with couples for 25+ years. I love what I do. As a part of my practice I utilize various psychological theories while interlacing skill-building techniques related to depression, anxiety/panic, and anger management, communication skills, healthy boundaries, personal growth self-awareness, and trauma/abuse histories. I strive to help people live more fully and functionally in their present-day lives by better understanding how the experiences and relationships from their past inform current experiences, emotions and behavior choices.
I use Imago Relationship Therapy and Gottman Method to best serve couples who may be in crisis or couples who want to improve the connection & communication they already have. I can help you discover what lies underneath relationship conflict, break the power struggle at the heart of the conflict and find resolution and connection together.
