My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, body-liberated framework, with a strong commitment to amplifying all voices—especially those from marginalized identities and backgrounds who have carried the burden of societal expectations. Through our work together we can transform confusing or sh!tty experiences into meaning and growth. Though the path won’t always be easy, I can promise that I will be right alongside you as we unpack all that you have been carrying alone.
