My approach is grounded in feminist, multicultural, and relational-cultural therapy, and I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques along with evidence-based tools from ACT and DBT.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can explore and navigate their lives. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives and my role is to guide, support, and collaborate so they can lead their fullest, most authentic lives.
