I counsel using a number of different evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I engage with clients while using a variety of interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapies based on their needs.
