Sometimes life gets in the way of connection with our partners. Most couples come to me to figure out how to reconnect after raising children, having children, the impact of addiction or infidelity, or years of drifting apart. They have a desire - a longing - to have a better and more intimate relationship (emotion and sexual) but do not know how to get there.

I view relationships through an attachment-focused approach. Instead of looking at what's WRONG, we will explore together what's MISSING. The answer to this question usually lives in a "blind spot". My role is to help you see what's currently hidden and then take action to correct your relational course.
