About
Are you stuck in negative patterns of thought or behavior, struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or feeling alone and isolated? Is your past showing up in your life in unexpected or destructive ways? I believe that we each have the power to create positive change at any point in our lives. We can heal old wounds, change harmful patterns, and create new meaningful and life-affirming ways of engaging in our day-to-day lives.
Using evidenced based treatment such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Trauma Informed Care, and Art Therapy, I will assist you in becoming your best self and living an enriched life. Therapy should be guided by the needs of the client. I meet you where you are and we work together to achieve your specific goals.
I believe that it is my job as a therapist to give you the tools to be successful outside of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is for you to find resolution of your concerns and increase joy and fulfillment in your life. I welcome clients of all sexual, gender, cultural, and spiritual orientations.
