I love helping clients find their voice and increase their self-confidence. I help you identify the factors underlying your anxiety, trauma, and depression so you're not just trying to cope with them anymore, but can have more of the life you want.
It is easy to go through life trying to please others, or giving until you can't give any more. I help you develop assertiveness skills and healthy boundaries to feel more confident, have more satisfying relationships, and find healing from relational hurts and disappointments. I am trained in IFS and EMDR, gold-standards for trauma treatment.
