You can heal from growing up with emotionally-immature parents, harmful religious teachings/experiences, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, trauma, and shame. My job is to guide you there. I love helping clients find their voice and increase their self-confidence. I help you identify the factors underlying your anxiety, trauma, and depression so you're not just trying to cope with them anymore, but can get to the root issues and have more of the life you want.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and hypnotherapy, I help you befriend the parts of yourself you've been taught to reject, unburdened from old shame and trauma, and develop genuine self-compassion. I am AuDHD and gifted, and I can help you self-diagnose, define, understand, and navigate your neurotype, as well as provide a neuro-affirming space.

I work with empaths, highly sensitive people, and intuitive individuals who need both clinical depth and spiritual permission. I offer work that honors your connection to intuition, dreams, and the wider-than-human world. I believe healing happens in relationship—with yourself, with others, and with the sacred however you understand it.
