You can heal from growing up with emotionally-immature parents, harmful religious teachings/experiences, sexual abuse, trauma, and shame. My job is to guide you there. I love helping clients find their voice and increase their self-confidence. I help you identify the factors underlying your anxiety, trauma, and depression so you're not just trying to cope with them anymore, but can get to the root issues and have more of the life you want.

I help you develop assertiveness skills, and healthy boundaries, to feel more confident and know you are your own ally. I am trained in IFS and EMDR, gold-standards for trauma treatment. I am AuDHD and gifted, and I can help you define (diagnose), understand, and navigate your neurotype, as well as provide a neuro-affirming space.

I help people who feel and care deeply to reconnect to their inner wisdom, heal from the pressures and traumas they have experienced, reclaim their playfulness, and liberate through collective care.
