I am Catherine Prestigiovanni, a licensed professional counselor supervisor with over 23 years of experience providing supportive psychotherapy to adults, couples, and veterans seeking to develop a healthier and more productive life. I specialize in anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues.

I grew up in a small Texas town but moved to Houston in 1989 to attend college at the University of Houston, then graduate school at the University of St. Thomas.
