It is two minds coming together to explore the ways in which current life stresses intersect with painful past experiences to create suffering. When a client feels respected and seen, they are able to grieve their past hurts and find new paths for coping.
I have been helping people navigate their internal and external worlds for over 30 years. My earlier experience with children, parents and families in various settings coupled with my later training in deeper, analytic work allows me to help clients move towards greater self awareness, healthier relationships and a life with meaning and purpose.
