I work with people experiencing infertility and new parents, post-partum mood and anxiety disorders, adults and couples who are dealing with trauma, grief, and life transitions and are struggling with depression and anxiety. I have 20 years experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief and additional training through PSI in post-partum mood anxiety disorders, loss, and lived experience with infertility. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, parenting consultations, and immigration evaluations for u visas, t visas, asylum, and VAWA. N-648 waiver evaluations with a licensed psychologist. Spanish spoken.

I am an attachment-based therapist. I offer a safe place of understanding and compassion to help you dentify patterns, work through struggles, and learn new skills. I incorporate mindfulness, CBT techniques, gestalt therapy techniques, and EMDR. I am supportive, actively teach coping skills, and challenge patterns that no longer serve you.

Give yourself the gift of support in 2024 as you cope with infertility. Magnolia Psychotherapy's 8 week support group for women experiencing infertility incorporates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Catherine has lived experience with infertility. Group is $75 a session and some sliding scale spots are available.
