At times you may feel broken. You’re different and as much as you try, you don’t feel like you fit in. You don’t even know where to begin but you are hoping to find healing and maybe even looking for a change. I also use Internal Family Systems and parts work in my therapy practice. Together we will examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can cause frustration and pain.
People who go through this process often feel empowered and learn to love the parts of themselves that make them unique, even the parts that feel broken. Navigating Relationships During the Holidays IFS
Navigating family relationships and commitments during the holiday season can take a toll on anyone, even people who have lots of positive regard for their families. This group is meant to support anyone struggling with this in real time. We will be using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during this group. This is a short commitment Saturday group. This group is for people ages 18 and up. The dates will be November 16, 23 and December 7, 14.
